How can I make my 360 profile public?

I know you go to "my profile", then "edit profile" then go down to the privacy area. And then you are supposed to check off the place where it says "show my 360 profile" ........





BUT.........





I don't have that choice. I have every other choice: allow others to contact me, allow others to be my fans, etc...


Why don't I have that choice to make my 360 profile public? Do I have to change another setting or something?

How can I make my 360 profile public?
