Fixing myspace profile?

I thought I was putting myspace profile together quite nicely...Well I shoulda thought. Anyway I somehow deleted some of my info on interests and personality...was wondering how to get it back I know I'm trying harder than I have too. all the info is still on the edit page but is not showing on the profile ...please someone give me a clue...Thanks :)

Be patient. Sometime myspace is a little slow to respond. There is often a lag time when you add or edit something.
Reply:Venus is right... a lot of the time myspace lags and they're always, updating it and fixing bugs... but a little hint. I have an addittional myspace account to test my page. Also, I have my myspace code saved in text form on my iPOD. Just because i'm a myspace whore and I am on it every day.
Reply:sometimes you have to tell it to accept or save the changes. like on the blogs in myspace, you have to say yes to the very top of the page where it asks "do you like the new look and feel of your blog?" i kept missing that. and the layout has changed on the editing profiles of myspace since i joined last year- it appears to me that you have to save changes to the specific box- interest and personality for ex:- and then i do it again at the top where it says save changes to profile. then sometimes when that appeared not to work, i logged out, closed firefox, then relogged in and it looked gorgeous. i know it's frustrating when you finally get all the images and text you want and then it won't do what you want and you're lost in HTML code trying to track down the cloud-cursors gone bad...hope it works.
Reply:It's hard to say exactly what you need to do since your info is still on the edit page and I don't know your exact problem. I can say this for sure: just one missing or added puncuation mark in that HTML coding is all it takes to change the look of your whole page. Learn HTML through free online sources, make your own observations as you compare code to code in your profile, etc. In the future it might be good to save your code in a Word document in case something like this happens again. Believe me, we've all had at least one problem with our profiles on MySpace. I have 5 spaces so far, I've had several frustrations, but I'm still hooked! Have fun no matter what. Buttercup
