i had this exact problem i call 1800-4my-xbox and they told me to delete it and recover it but using the windows live id and password. i did that and it was all good after. Hope This Helps!%26lt;3
Reply:Yes uve got to do recover gamertag. Where u r sposed to sign in, hit X, then follow the instructions and download ur profile again.
