My profile?

How come when I click on my name, I can't edit my profile. It disappears before I can click it. What the heck happened?

I'm not sure what's going on, but try going directly to the link below to edit your Answers profile.

Reply:Try these steps:


step one - click your name/id (or click "My Q%26amp;A")





do you see a section - with the picture of your avatar?


alongside it you should see your id/email address...


click the hyperlink - "add details"





that will take you to a new page where you can change your profile.
