I tried to delete a picture on my regular yahoo profile and i was directed to a page that told me YAHOO photos was closing and i needed to move my pics. I did.. and now i get a messages to sign into PHOTOBUCKET when i try to do anything with my profile pic .How do i delete or change my yahoo profile picture now that i have moved my photos to photobucket?

Use the html tags from photobucket and paste them where you would put your photo.
