Myspace fake profile?

if you create a myspace fake profile can you get banned?


i know you can be deleted if you get caught but whatabout banned?





p.s.-no i havent created a myspace fake profile, just curious

You don't get banned but you can get arrested for fraud since the law inforcement can track down your IP address and arrest you.

Reply:if you create a new email adress that has a different name and where you live...etc. not like yours...you could get a fake myspace profile! Trust me....i have done it to get a look at someones profile because they had it private. =)
Reply:just dont use a trademark, or an important person as your name and its legal as long as you dont pretend your some other real person by the name you go by your okay.

If it's roleplaying, like for anime fans, no they will not delete it.





If you are posing as a real-life person, however, or using the profile to make fun of someone or portray them slanderously, Myspace will terminate the account without warning.
