I Need a code to make my profile blank so i can redo my layout the way i want it

i have a code... its the closest thing i've gotten to "blank"











only problem with it:





when people click the comment box, it takes them home.





you have to go to "view all" then "add comment" in order to post.











put the codes in the boxes as labeled.
