I have removed and reinstalled messenger a number of times. I still cannot see a profile from someone who IM's me...I have the latest version of yahoo messenger and internet explorer running... (I recently removed Mozilla and now Yahoo Messenger is acting weird) When I click on "view profile" it does nothing watsoever...Anyone suggest a remedy?

Maybe while you had firefox you set it as your default browser. This meabns thats when u removed it, theres nothing to open the profile pages with. Try going on internet explorer, On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab.
Click the Reset Web Settings button.
