My 360 page used to show up when someone would view my profile, but now, it reverts back to the old profile page, which I can not access to update (when I try to my 360 page shows up). What's happening here, is it a yahoo glitch or something that I am doing wrong?
My old profile page shows up instead of my 360 page. Can I fix it or is it a Yahoo glitch?
It may be a glitch as this has happened before
try this though just to make sure the setings are right
If you DON'T want to show your Yahoo! 360
page when people click on your profile.
* Go to your Yahoo! 360 page, and then go to "Settings".
* In your "Basic Info" page, in the "Yahoo! Identity Display" section, go to
your profile and select the first option if you do not want your profile
replaced by your 360 page.
The first option would say "Display me as: ?????"
* Then click on "Save
Reply:There have been a few problems with the Yahoo! servers lately. I'm not sure exactly what's going on in this case, but I'd recommend just trying again tomorrow. It will probably be working fine again by then.
